Benjamin Botox

So it would seem that I have figured out how to negate the effects of aging in my body. Or at least the things that made me look and feel older. Aches, pains, freckles, moles, age spots, liver spots, skin tags, etc. Even arthritis it seems. I’m so limber it’s ridiculous; almost comical. I can squat down, bow, touch my head to the ground and stand back up without using my hands, aside from balance.

I don’t think my body will ever look like a seventeen year old again, but that’s what I’m shooting for at this point. I’ve had so much success at this point that it is at least worth shooting for.

I am expecting that I will be able to approach a body that looks like an athletic twenty-five and be able to keep it there as long as I am willing.

It has not been easy, nor has not been cheap, but I am glad I have made the investment. It has been almost 3 years now and I expect that the full transition from my previous body of death to my new body of life will have taken about 42 months. Roughly January of 2021. Just three and a half years.

Eventually I will provide more details, but in simplest terms it would seem that for most if not all of my life my body has been running at a nutritional deficit. Though I am not certain I believe that I might even be genetically dependent on a few key nutrients. Specifically thiamine, riboflavin and niacin.

Below is the specific protocol that I will be on for a month to see what changes are affected. This should correct any nutrient deficiencies that can be corrected given enough time.

Maybe I should just call it Alpha-Vita Soup. Everything your body needs from A to Zinc.

Stage of lactation – Content source

Human lactation stage can be divided into 3 major phases: colostrum, transitional milk, and mature milk. Colostrum is rich in immunologic components and contains relatively low concentrations of lactose but higher protein content, suggesting its important functions to be immunologic and trophic besides nutritional.

Transitional milk shares some of the characteristics of colostrum but represents a period of accelerated milk production to support the infant’s nutritional and developmental needs for rapid growth.

Mature milk is relatively similar to transitional milk, but the changes are not as remarkable as in the early weeks. The influence of lactation stage differs for different nutrients. For example, total protein and lipids show a gradual decrease during the first 6 mo of lactation. Whereas the lactose is initially low in colostrum and transitional milk, it then increases in mature milk and remains at the same levels for up to 6 mo. In addition to the alterations of total protein, protein composition also changes. Milks mainly contain 2 types of protein: caseins and whey proteins. The ratio of whey to casein in human milk can vary from ∼80:20 in early lactation to ∼50:50 in late lactation. Because the amino acid compositions differ between caseins and whey proteins, the type and content of the amino acids of human milk in turn vary during lactation.

Sleeportunity

Such an odd word right?

I think this is where we will find the best possible outcome for attaining to receiving all the sleep our body needs to function based upon its needs. And it can be accomplished by providing your body with the OPPORTUNITY to sleep up to 9 hours if it needs to.

snoringThis is accomplished by being in bed, in the dark, lying down and ready to sleep 9 hours and 36 minutes before sunrise every day. Today that would mean being in bed at 9:15PM.

Give it a try for a couple of weeks. You might find yourself with a new habit that you want to tell everyone about…8)

Lipstick Addiction and Lithium

And no, I am not speaking about something in a tube that ends up on your face. I am however speaking of acceptable addictions. Addictions that our society have for whatever reason found to be acceptable in a social environment. Unlike some of the other less savory ones that have 12 step programs. Why the difference? Why look down on one and not the other? One simple answer would be harm.

Therefore, Lipstick Addiction.

As someone who has spent many years as an addict of many things, I am only recently better understanding some of what I believe are the foundational roots of our addictive behaviors. Or addictive responses.

In one sense addiction is me repeatedly giving in to something within me that says, ‘hey, I want Skittles!’ when something else within me says, ‘hey man, that’s probably not a good idea!’ But there I am swallowing my first mouthful of juicy rainbow flavored delight while I work out the recent dilemma.

How about that favorite soda or coffee of yours? Or my favorite nicotine…8). I spent a lot of my life loving nicotine. But I really did force myself to use restraint there, for the most part. That and a ten year break in there somewhere left me feeling relatively unscathed by tobacco products. Fingers and toes crossed with eighteen months free of any nicotine containing products.

As a recent health struggle has allowed me a plethora of time to study and ask Google a ton of questions I have come to some novel ideas about where the seat of addiction lies within us.

I am going to suggest that it is our gut microbiome primarily that houses the factors that make it possible for us to have and maintain addictions.

Commonalities of a diseased state. Low bone density[osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis]. Hypothyroidism. Under-nourished.

Boron – Antimicrobial – Body asking for produce.

Iodine – Antimicrobial – Body asking for produce – Food addictions.

Niacin(nicotinic acid) – Antimicrobial – Body asking for grains, nuts, seeds and meats – Nicotine addiction.

Alcohol consumption causes niacin deficiency.

Nicotine(cigarettes) tell your body it is getting enough of what it is deficient in, niacin(nicotinic acid).

Add a big bowl of popcorn to that diet every night and you’re just asking for pellagra. See following article called, ‘Vitamin B-3, Popcorn and Recovery.’

Habit versus Nonproliferation

Pardon my random thoughts. Of which one has been tickling my little grey cells as of late. The idea of intentionally not feeding anything with strict frequency.

ANTONYMS-Opposite of[frequency]- nonattendanceabsence | visible | ordinal | unimportant|- Synonyms of[frequency]- attendance | presence | invisible | cardinal(?) | important

[synonyms]-

ANTONYMS-Opposite of[habit]- decline | decrease | nonproliferation | narrowing |- Synonyms of[habit]- increase | proliferate | widening

A habit is a tradition is a custom. It is the foundation of expectation which is followed by a static outcome. An outcome marked by stasis.

I woke up this morning, took care of the usual and find myself listening to a podcast by Atheists In Recovery. The episode is on food and sugar addiction. BINGO!!! I’m all over that.

You cant control and use. Abstinence makes the hijacking less and less. Your ability to be rational is enhanced by abstinence. The longer you can stay abstinent the more your brain can heal. Addiction is a dopamine resistance.

I am considering disease. Specifically related to biofilms and their points of attachment on the human epithelium and endothelium as they relate to addiction and addictive behaviors. Why do we have addictive behaviors? Are they not simply bio-chemical cues telling us that our [gut-buddies] are waiting patiently for their fare that they have had to adapt to…

Being a constant variant is A WAY of combating disease as is related to microbial overgrowth. A biofilm relies on the norm. On all things remaining the same. What allows a program like A.A. to maintain continued success is that it does not by nature remain the same.

Disease prefers a static host. When you change it sends you a reminder that it does not like change.

The best way to beat an opportunistic pathogen is to remove opportunity.

Be inopportune. Be as random as humanly possible.
